Account and Data Deletion Policy for Taplo, Taplo Plus, and Taplo Pro
Effective Date: June 23, 2026
This Account and Data Deletion Policy applies to users of the "Taplo", "Taplo Plus", and "Taplo Pro" mobile applications (collectively referred to as the "Apps"), available on Google Play and developed by EXYLIX Labs.
We give users full control over their personal information. You may permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time by following the methods outlined below. Your use of the Apps is subject to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Ways to Delete Your Account and Data
1. In-App Account Deletion (Recommended)
You can instantly and permanently delete your account directly from within any of the Apps.
Steps:
1. Open the Taplo, Taplo Plus, or Taplo Pro app.
2. Navigate to the Profile section.
3. Tap the "Delete Account" option.
4. Confirm your request when prompted.
Once confirmed, your account and all associated data are permanently deleted from our servers and cannot be recovered.
2. Email Deletion Request
If you are unable to access the Apps, you may request account deletion by email.
Steps:
1. Send an email to: taploapp@gmail.com
2. Use the subject line: Taplo / Taplo Plus / Taplo Pro Account and Data Deletion Request
3. Include the email address used to sign in to the App.
4. Clearly state that you request the permanent deletion of your account and all associated data, specifying which App(s) you are using.
We will verify your request and complete the deletion within 30 days, unless a longer retention period is required by applicable law. (Note: In-app deletion is processed instantly).
Data That Will Be Deleted
When your account is deleted, the following data will be permanently removed from our servers:
- Your name, email address, and unique user ID.
- Profile information and preferences.
- Global leaderboard scores and rankings.
- Session history and achievement data.
- In-app purchase history and any remaining virtual currency (Diamonds) (Applies to Taplo only).
Important Information
- Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
- Loss of Progress & Currency: Once deleted, your account, progress, and any remaining virtual currency (in Taplo) will be permanently lost and forfeited.
- App Ownership (Taplo Plus & Taplo Pro): For paid app users, deleting your in-app account removes your profile and game data from our servers. It does not revoke your upfront purchase or ownership of the app itself on your Google Play account; you can still reinstall the app, but you will start with a fresh, blank profile.
- No Partial Deletion: We do not support partial data deletion. Deleting your account removes all associated data.
