Privacy Policy

This document applies to the Taplo, Taplo Plus, and Taplo Pro mobile applications, collectively referred to as the "Apps," operated by EXYLIX Labs. By using any App, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.

Information We Collect

Google Account Information: When you sign in with Google, we receive and store information necessary to create and manage your account, including your Name, Email address, Firebase Authentication user ID, and Google authentication identifiers. We do not receive or store your Google password.

App Activity and Gameplay Data: Depending on the App and features you use, we may store tap and counter values, monthly tap totals, session history, achievement progress, leaderboard rankings, username, daily reward status, theme/font/color selections, theme pass status, Diamond balance and usage history, and purchase history. This information is used to provide account synchronization, leaderboards, achievements, and purchase restoration.

Local Device Storage: The Apps may store limited preferences locally, including theme settings, selected fonts, legal agreement status, and cached app preferences. Local preferences are not intended to replace the server account record.

How We Use Information

We use collected information to authenticate accounts, synchronize progress, provide tap counters and session history, calculate leaderboard rankings, save customization settings, process eligible purchases, prevent fraudulent activity, maintain security, and respond to support requests.

Firebase and Google Services

The Apps use Google services, including Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Google Play Billing, and Google Sign-In. Firebase stores account-related app data. Google Play processes app purchases. EXYLIX Labs does not collect or store payment card numbers, bank details, or billing addresses.

Data Sharing

We do not sell or rent personal information. Information may be processed by service providers (Google, Firebase) necessary to operate the Apps. We may disclose information when required by law, legal process, fraud prevention, or security investigations.

Leaderboards

If you use leaderboard features, your username and relevant score may be visible to other users based on the current monthly tap data supported by the App.

Data Security

We use reasonable technical safeguards, including authenticated access and encrypted transmission through Google and Firebase services. However, no electronic storage is completely secure.

Data Retention

We retain account data while your account is active. When you delete your account, associated data is deleted from the app's Firebase data model. Google Play may retain purchase records independently.

Children's Privacy

The Apps are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Your Rights and Choices

You may access your account, change settings, or permanently delete your account and associated app data directly from the Apps.
